I’m Aurelien, born in 1980 in France. I grew up in a family where the weak ones were protected and treated with empathy. This laid the foundations of my personality. 

I have over a decade of experience in the fraud prevention sector, where I’ve combined my analytical skills and hands-on approach to combat unauthorised activity and safeguard legitimate users.

Although I thoroughly enjoy this career, I gradually felt a desire for deeper human meaning, and by my late 30s, my personal curiosity had begun to explore various new areas.

I’ve kept fascinated towards spiritual growth and emotional balance. I have ITEC recognised diplomas in holistic massage (2019) and reflexology (2022). I learnt that receiving a reflexology treatment helps the body restore its natural balance.

My own life challenges (speech impediment, gluten and dairy allergy) helped me to connect more than I could have imagined, and also experiment various paths: breathing techniques, sea swimming, healthy diet, fasting, gallbladder flush, exercise just the right amount…

From stuttering heavily, I became comfortable talking in front of a wide assembly or leading meetings. 

From developing gluten and dairy allergies in my mid thirties, I became a dairy and gluten free masterchef.

On the other hand, some practitioners left me empowered with simple, comforting message such as: your back is designed to support your whole body for the rest of your life. That’s the type of message I like to deliver to my patients.

In fact, it’s a lifelong continuity of living by my values and following the questions that have stirred my curiosity since childhood.
