You will then be asked to remove your shoes and socks and make yourself comfortable on a massage table or reclining chair. The reflexologist will typically begin by examining your feet to look for any areas of tenderness or imbalance.

During the treatment, you can expect the reflexologist to use their hands to apply pressure to specific areas on your feet, hands, and sometimes your ears. The pressure is generally firm but not painful, and the reflexologist may use various techniques such as kneading, rubbing, or tapping.

Throughout the treatment, you may feel a range of sensations, such as warmth, tingling, or even slight discomfort in certain areas. These sensations are generally temporary and are a sign that the reflexologist is working to release tension and promote relaxation.

After the treatment, you may feel relaxed and rejuvenated, and may notice improvements in your overall sense of well-being. It is important to drink plenty of water and rest after the treatment to allow your body to fully benefit from the session.
